Yuliya Golubev
I practice elements of Gestalt therapy. I am doing my fourth year of postgraduate training at Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy. I help my clients to bring awareness to their patterns, how they live in the world, and how they relate to themselves and others. Together, we explore, create a dialogue, and notice how old patterns or rules that were helpful in the past keep coming up in the present moment. I help clients to bring awareness to their somatic experience in the present moment. I help clients to learn how to appreciate different parts of themselves.
I also received training in CBT, IFS, and Psychodynamic therapies.
