  • I use a somatic approach in my work, drawing from Gestalt therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help individuals connect with their bodies and emotions in a deeper way. I also incorporate relational techniques, focusing on the therapist-client relationship which help to highlight the patterns outside of therapy room. In addition, I blend solution-focused CBT, client and I are able to discuss practical solutions to the problem.
